What’s Included in the Cost
The full trip investment is charged at the time of booking — there is no separate deposit or later balance. Financing (such as Klarna), where available, is offered directly by that provider at checkout and is a separate agreement between you and them.
The pricing reflects a small group size, physician-led guidance, local access, and medical support before and after travel.
Bringing Friends & Family
Interested in bringing friends and family? An additional deposit is required for each additional guest listed on the waiver — just let us know ahead of time if you'll be bringing others.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will not result in any additional fees. The $1,500 deposit is non-refundable upon early cancellation, as it secures accommodations and services that cannot be rebooked.
Group Capacity
Each trip is limited to a total of ten guests. If bringing family or friends might put you over that number, just let us know — we're glad to make the necessary adjustments to ensure the best experience for everyone.

- Participants pay for their hotel separately, at a discounted rate.
- Light packing is recommended — Italy favors simplicity, and it leaves room to bring things back home.
